Welcome to Pirate's Reserve! We'll happily be the first ones to tell you that beach property is insanely expensive (just take a look at our mortgages for a real scare!). But this adorable little townhouse is perfect for those who want a great, clean place to stay at one of the nicest oceanfront complexes on the beach.
Colony Reef, the complex for this property, is one of the more upscale condominium complexes on St. Augustine Beach. All units come with free use of the largest swimming pool on Anastasia Island, tennis courts, an indoor pool, spa, and a private fitness room.
This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom townhouse has a beautiful balcony overlooking the grounds, pond, and tennis courts. You're much more secluded than those units in the oceanfront buildings, but not even an extra 2 minutes walk to the surf!
As with all our condos, we charge only rent, a nominal cleaning fee, and the state bed tax. Everything else (washer/dryer, utilities, DVD, internet, TV, electric grill, etc...) is provided completely free of charge.
Our rooms are all decorated by our own personal interior decorator (Terry Hartley) and exude warmth and familiarity. You're sure to love it!
**Note, the picture below of the pool is shot from our Luxury Penthouse (not Pirate's Reserve), though you are sure to love the free access to the largest pool on Anastasia Island!

Rates: At Hartley and Sons, all our properties have a standard winter and summer rate. But we also offer savings and charge a premium for various times of the year depending on our usual traffic. We take pride in our transparency of our rates. All the properties have a single rent price, a cleaning fee, 6% sales tax and 3% tourism tax added onto the total--for the mathematicians among you an easy way to calculate your total costs is [ (rent + cleaning) * 1.09 ].
